With our circuit program you will use:

  • Advanced Olympic Weightlifting techniques and Kettlebell exercises.
  • Aerobic training to get you fit and maximise your energy burning
  • Core and Flexibility techniques to get a firm, flat stomach, strengthen your core postural muscles, or simply touch your toes
  • Fitballs, uneven surfaces, BOSU's, foam rollers and wobble boards with an emphasis on balance training, correct muscle recruitment patterns and coordination. It is important to challenge your existing level of competence, as your body has to constantly shift and contract to stay aligned.

A total body conditioning program where you push, pull, punch and power through:

Goal Setting
To ensure that all of our clients identify what they want and how they are going to get there, we provide a goal setting program based at the commencement of training. After consulting with your VLE Health & Fitness Studio staff member, realistic but challenging goals are set. Not only do we establish your goals and encourage you to display them as a constant reminder, but we also identify exactly what has to be done for you to achieve them. Put simply, this is your blueprint for success…!

Fitness Assessments
Based on the goals that you have set with your VLE Health & Fitness Studio Personal Trainer, you will then undergo a series of fitness tests within the first week of your training. These extensive assessments are specific to the areas that you want to improve and provide a great source of motivation as you see your body shape and fitness improve as your training progresses. A re-assessment will be conducted accordingly to monitor your constant improving results.
